Yield:Makes four portions
- 300g semolina
- 75g butter
- 75g sugar
- 5g baking soda
- 100g yoghurt
- In a bowl whisk the yogurt and baking soda and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, semolina and sugar, now add the yogurt mixture stirring continuously so that lumps do not form.
- Pour the mixture into a baking tray.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade and bake the mixture for 25-30 minutes .
