This combination is perfect for a healthy dessert, or equally as delicious with Greek yoghurt and granola for breakfast!
Yield:4 - 8 People
- 2 inches fresh Ginger, finely sliced
- 4-5 Plums, quartered
- 3-5 Cooking Apples
- 2 tablespoons of Honey
- ½ teaspoon ground Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of Water
- Add all of the ingredients to a heavy-based saucepan and gently heat until bubbling.
- If freezing, cover and summer for 10 minutes until the apple is just soft and still holding its texture. If using immediately, cook for another 5 minutes.
